HISTORY OF JiNXX!
foundation
who founded JiNXX! ; jinxx! was a project set up by virgo (@viirgoverse) in hopes of finding four other talented young woman to create music as a virtual band together. pulling inspiration from the works of xg & young posse as well as developing the ideas from similar bands, the auditions were hosted from 11 november to 23 november and the selected members were: maxi, jess, cellienne & uju; completing the jinxx! team.
why
why was jinxx! made ; virgo had noticed that within the music community that she was surrounded by, there was a lot of groups following the a light, airy and girly concept, which she agreed was pretty and popular but it was getting overused seeing the same thing constantly. jinxx! was started in hopes of sending a fresh concept into the girlband world. a group which focuses on the art of hiphop and r&b rather than soft and light beats.
